Nynke is responsible for the Human Resources management of AC&R. As a member of the Executive Board, she is also responsible for the day-to-day management of AC&R.

With over 13 years' experience as a lawyer, Nynke knows the ins and outs of the practice of a law firm. She acts as a sparring partner for the lawyers and she manages various projects thus helping to run AC&R.

Before joining AC&R and its predecessors, Nynke worked as a lawyer at Stibbe, the Amsterdam Bar Association and Köster Advocaten.
