Arnout Groen specializes in the full range of intellectual property rights. He has been involved in many ground-breaking cases in these areas of law over the past decade ranging from copyright in the digital age, product design, trademark, tradename and media.
Arnout’s practice is mainly litigation, but he is also a trusted sparring partner for advice and out-of-court solutions.
Arnout frequently lectures and publishes on intellectual property. He is one of the authors of the most consulted handbook on intellectual property in the Netherlands, ‘Kort begrip van het Intellectuele eigendomsrecht’ and he is a member of the Benelux Council on Intellectual Property.
